What are we looking for?
We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised individual to join CustomsLink to be responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day running of; company premises, assets, IT equipment workflows, documentation systems and business coordination activities.
What will you be doing?
This role ensures estates, facilities, asset management, corporate administration, and IT coordination processes are organised, controlled and compliant. It enables senior leadership and operational teams to remain focused on commercial performance and customer delivery.
The position requires strong organisational capability, attention to detail and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
What do you need to succeed?
We are on the look out for a high organised, self-driven, confident and positive individual with a can-do attitude. Ideally you will have previous experience in strong admin, PA or planning, which will provide transferrable skill to the role.
