I called this morning and spoke to Mel. I haven't sent a truck from the UK to France before and was in a dilemma as the documentation I was given did not have a GMR document. Last week had some difficulties to overcome with a shipment to Belgium especially regarding the POA form. CustomsLink as usual pulled out all the stops for us and Michael saw us through from the start and took us over the line to the end.
