On your dashboard, press “introduce new customer”. Fill in the details with the details the company will use to log in. the email address used must be the same as the email they sign up to.
They must sign up as a “trader contributor” (the second tab and second column). This will ensure both dashboards are linked.
Customs documents are very challenging for someone like me who is not in the import/export business. However, Mel has been so unbelievably helpful over the years.
