Reading about the new EU requirements crossing the border to France I tried to figure out on my own how to secure an ELO barcode with an ATA Carnet. I tried several firms and finally contacted CustomsLink. The website is clear and provided all the necessary solutions. Mel answered all my queries patiently via email and telephone and send me the barcodes of ELO and GMR as quickly as possible. As a sole trader I am very impressed and very grateful for her and the firms help.
