Many thanks today to Prathna and Katie. Excellent help from them. I think Katie got the bulk of the hassle from us as we had little idea what we needed. Thanks for all the patience and effort, we could do with a few staff like that! Great job and much appreciated at short notice. Very professional as usual when we were under pressure.
