1. Hi Ewa! What made you want to join CustomsLink?
“I was drawn to CustomsLink because of its friendly company culture and the opportunity to be part of our clients’ journey to success. Helping businesses navigate customs processes and seeing them grow internationally is incredibly rewarding.”
2. Could you tell us a little bit about your experience in sales/logistics/customs?
“I’ve spent years building brands for international companies. A big part of that involved managing logistics and customs challenges - especially during Brexit, where I helped businesses adapt to new regulations.”
3. What is your approach to bringing on new clients?
“For me, understanding the client’s needs from the very first conversation is the key. I gather as much information as possible. This allows me to offer a tailored solution that fits their business. After all, customs isn’t just about moving goods - it’s about enabling smooth, efficient trade, and that requires a personalized approach.”
4. What advice would you give to businesses considering using a customs broker?
