What are we looking for?

We are on the lookout for our next star to join our small, lively, and collaborative team. Don’t worry about having little or no experience, as we will provide all the training you need.

Helping, teaching, selling, supporting and the rest of the customer service roles are really important to keeping our customers happy and business growing.

Key Responsibilities

You will provide first class customer service and deal with customer queries via email and telephone (inbound/outbound) and support them with the completion of required regulatory documentation. You will also complete other administrative tasks, manage customer accounts and input data onto our bespoke online platform.

Full on the job training is provided within the office environment therefore you must be able to commute daily.

Initially the role will be Monday to Friday 35 hours a week, based at our office in Bamber Bridge. Then possibly a shift pattern Monday - Friday 35 hours per week (within those hours, occasional weekend overtime required).

What do you need to succeed?

You will need to be strong communicator, both written and verbal, with professional telephone manner and a can-do attitude. Your proactive approach, drive, resilience and focus on problem solving will be the key to your success.

You need to be customer focused with exceptional attention to detail, be flexible and adaptable to quickly changing priorities and most of all a great team player. The teamwork is what makes us succeed!

Your adaptability will be coupled with empathy, patience, and ownership of everything you do as you will play a key role in promoting effective relationships with new and existing customers and become their support pillar as we embark together on the post-Brexit journey.

We had Phoebe help us export our internal goods from Manchester to Ireland, and she was exceptional! I work in a fleet department and we don't have any agents here to support us with moving goods over. Without her we wouldn't have been able to make the travel possible. For someone to narrow down such a complicated process and be extremely supportive throughout the booking is spectacular. Phoebe will go very far and you are lucky to have her as an employee!And CustomsLink as a whole do have very supportive agent. If you are someone who has zero prior experience with moving goods, they are amazing and I recommend you go through them!
