Customs Handling of Import & Export Freight (CHIEF) is the computer system of the United Kingdom's revenue and customs services, HMRC.



Shipping term meaning the seller will cover the cost of freight and insurance of the buyer's order while in transit.



The accomplishment of the Customs formalities necessary to allow goods to enter home use, to be exported or to be placed under another Customs procedure (*).
