A computer printout, or manual equivalent, for a consignment of goods which has been given Customs release.



The action by the Customs to permit goods undergoing clearance to be placed at the disposal of the persons concerned.



Goods, including vehicles, foodstuffs, medicaments, clothing, blankets, tents, prefabricated houses, water purifying and water storage items, or other goods of prime necessity.



Clearance of goods for home use free of import duties and taxes, irrespective of their normal tariff classification.



The waiver of payment, in whole or in part, of import duties and taxes where payment has not been made.
