Simplified Customs Declaration Process (SCDP) is an electronic declaration method that can be used when importing goods from third countries (including EU member states) to the UK. There are two SCDP procedures

  • Simplified Declaration Procedure (SDP)
  • Entry in the Declarant’s records

After the simplified declaration, a full supplementary declaration must be made by a specified deadline.



An optional legal form of a cooperative. It aims to facilitate cooperatives' cross-border and trans-national activities.



An electronic message to CHIEF used to declare the fiscal, statistical and control information for all consignments imported under CFSP.



Allows you to enter goods to a customs procedure without the need to provide a full customs declaration at the point of release.



Submitted for goods removed from warehouse under CFSP.
