The General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade is an international multilateral agreement which embodies a code of practice for fair trading in international commerce.



The GMR number combines multiple declaration reference numbers (MRNs) into a single goods movement reference.

You cannot move goods through UK ports without a GMR and may face delays at the port without one.

Last week had some difficulties to overcome with a shipment to Belgium especially regarding the POA form. CustomsLink as usual pulled out all the stops for us and Michael saw us through from the start and took us over the line to the end. Big thanks to them and money well spent as far as we are concerned. Couldn't have done without CustomsLink since Brexit!!
