Enveloppe Logistique Obligatoire (ELO)
The logistics envelope, which is currently optional for the pairing and transmission of export EU references (and import EU), will become compulsory with ELO - Enveloppe Logistique Obligatoire.
The ELO has been in use from 28th April 2025 and will become compulsory from Autumn 2025 (the exact date will be revealed by French customs in September this year).
